Dear Parents,<\/span><\/p>\n

We hope this email finds you well. We are delighted to inform you that we have had a successful start to our swimming classes for grades 1-6. The students have shown remarkable focus and dedication to learning swimming, and their enthusiasm is evident in the joy they express being back in the pool.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a friendly reminder, swimming classes are scheduled twice a week during the students’ PE sessions. It is compulsory for all students to participate in these classes, unless there is a valid reason preventing them from doing so.<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure smooth participation, we kindly ask parents to:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Check your child’s swimming equipment before coming to school to avoid any inconvenience.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Notify the teacher in advance via email if your child will be unable to attend swimming class on a specific day.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Alternatively, send an excuse letter with your child if they are not able to swim on a particular day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your cooperation in these matters contributes to the overall success and safety of our swimming program. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.<\/span><\/p>\n
