Swim lessons will be conducted as follows:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Girls will swim <\/b>with Ms. Dorothy and a female swim coach.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00a0Boys will swim <\/b>with Mr. Fernando and another swim coach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Students are expected and encouraged to participate in all the swim lessons.\u00a0<\/b>If a student cannot participate on the day of their lesson, his or her parents must provide us with a note stating a valid reason for non-participation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Students are required to bring the following on their swim day:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Appropriate swimming costume<\/li>\n<li>Swim goggles<\/li>\n<li>Swim cap<\/li>\n<li>Towel<\/li>\n<li>Sandals\/ flip flops (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Mesh or waterproof bag for wet clothes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear ABIS Community Members, As you may know, the swimming pool is open again; therefore, students will start swimming in PHE as of Sunday 14 January.
