After talking about what reflection means to them, they created a list of what reflection <i>is<\/i>&nbsp;and what it <i>is not<\/i>. We talked about how being internally motivated to reflect was much more powerful than being forced to do it, as was reflecting right after a significant moment, rather than waiting to reflect later.
