But it also provides a good opportunity to reflect, as we write up reports and review our practices through the year.<\/p>\n<p>As students, you should do the same.<\/p>\n<p>Most tests, summatives and currciulum are drawing to a close and it&#8217;s certainly time to anticiapte the holidays. \u00a0As many have discovered, a few good perfomances at the end does not make up for a year of mediocre performance &#8211; <span style=\"color: #3366ff\"><em>your reports reflect the consistency of your performance throughout the year.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>So, in all the frenetic last minute activities, take time to reflect on your year of study. (maybe 5-10 minutes before bedtime. Journal ideas as a more concrete way to revisit your thoughts) What did you do well? How could you improve your <span style=\"color: #3366ff\">habits<\/span> to study more <span style=\"color: #3366ff\">consistently<\/span> throughout the year? Is there a <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">better way<\/span> to study, make notes, or improve yourself?<\/p>\n<p>It is only through reflection that we grow and change. So do some thinking, some planning. Write it down. Review at the begining of next year.
