{"id":283216,"date":"2023-02-02T00:45:57","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T20:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/abisoman.com\/broadcaster\/?p=283216"},"modified":"2023-02-02T13:46:51","modified_gmt":"2023-02-02T09:46:51","slug":"kg-1-miss-erasmus-week-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abisoman.com\/broadcaster\/2023\/02\/02\/kg-1-miss-erasmus-week-19\/","title":{"rendered":"KG 1 Miss Erasmus &#8211; Week 19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>WEEK 19<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dear Parents and Guardians of KG1,<\/p>\n<p>Another week has flown by and it is already the start of a brand new month!<\/p>\n<p>Please click <a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/9jP8a3dTtsUNcf7s5\">here<\/a> to see some photos of Week 19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Our knowledge and thinking skills that we practice in Mathematics are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>learning about shapes<\/li>\n<li>identifying shapes in the world around us<\/li>\n<li>counting forwards\/backwards from 1 to 10<\/li>\n<li>counting forwards from 1 to 20<\/li>\n<li>practicing to identify number order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are continuing to develop our writing, literacy and speaking skills in English by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>listening to stories<\/li>\n<li>talking about our favourite toys<\/li>\n<li>drawing stories<\/li>\n<li>identifying parts of a story book<\/li>\n<li>speaking English to each other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are working on our Communication and Social Skills by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sharing and taking turns<\/li>\n<li>being a principled and respectful person (this is very important) &#8211;<\/li>\n<li>showing kindness and caring to our friends &#8211; something we need to do everyday.<\/li>\n<li>including everyone in our games<\/li>\n<li>improving on our listening skills &#8211; following instructions that are given in class (and at home)<\/li>\n<li>learning to use English words to communicate with each other.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Have a super weekend!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Warm regards,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Miss Erasmus, Ms Buthaina, Ms Kamla and Ms Asila<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WEEK 19 Dear Parents and Guardians of KG1, Another week has flown by and it is already the start of a brand new month!
