We had an enjoyable week with our Primary Parent Coffee Morning and our Community Dinner.\u00a0 It was great to see many of you attending these events. Thank you for your engagement with the ABIS community. If you have suggestions for topics for upcoming Parent Coffee Mornings, please let us know.<\/p>\n
Are you interested in reading with children?\u00a0 Some of our Primary teachers would welcome volunteers to read with students one:one in the mornings.\u00a0 Individual reading time and support can help boost our students’ achievement.\u00a0 Let me know, or your child’s teacher know, if you would be keen to read with students on a regular basis.<\/p>\n
Grade 6 Parents:\u00a0 Please plan to attend the meeting planned for Monday, Jan. 23 in the Mazoon from 6-7pm.\u00a0 You will learn important details about your child’s learning and the important process behind the PYP Exhibition, which is a culmination of learning from all off Primary.\u00a0 We hope to see all of you in attendance.<\/p>\n
Children are loving the cooler weather and it makes playing outside so pleasant.\u00a0 They especially like eating lunch and snacks under the new Gazebo area.\u00a0 Students voted this week, and the name of the area is now “The Oasis”.<\/p>\n
