It has been a hectic term. Full time face-to-face teaching and learning. The pressure to catch up on missed learning has put tremendous pressure on students and teachers alike. So the mid-term break is a welcome pause and an opportunity to reflect on what was done.<\/p>\n
MYP students have felt the pressure on managing themselves as regards planning for homework, revision and summative deadlines. Many face the prospect of achieving lower than expected grade level performance<\/em>.<\/p>\n Pause. Reflect. What do I need to do<\/em> to improve my knowledge and understanding in whatever subjects I am falling behind? Your teachers cannot be responsible for your lack of discipline! Come up with a concrete plan. When, what, how. Be disciplined and follow the plan. It must become a daily routine.<\/p>\n This break could serve as a time to revise areas you are weak in. Most of the work is on Google classroom.<\/p>\n But also take time to relax and unwind. Plan for the effort to come.<\/p>\n Then, Come back determined. Motivated. Driven to perform.
