Please come and join us to celebrate their learning with them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This week, in Mathematics, our focus was on manipulatives(namely unifix cubes) and how we use them to solve given problems. The children first explored these cubes, then they were asked to represent given numbers using them.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We have also started to unpack the concept of &#8220;goal setting&#8221;. This is a very important and somehow complicated concept. We frontloaded our learning with thinking routines in order for children to attain this concept. Next week we will continue to support their learning through hands-on activities and weekly self reflections.
