That fits perfectly with getting to know each other better, which we need to do in the beginning of a school year. This week we wanted to know when each one of us celebrates our birthday. We decided to decorate our birthday cookies and we took a photo of them. Those photos are hanging in our classroom so we will not forget anyone\u2019s birthday. We also learned<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0our first writing letters \u2018a\u2019, \u2018i\u2019, \u2018s\u2019, \u2018t\u2019. We know now that every letter has a name and a sound.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Furthermore we talked about our feelings and emotions. We made an emotional check in so when the students arrive at school they check themself in. Of course our feelings can change during the day and then they check in again.
