This week Grade 6 students achieved a milestone in their learning journey. As a culmination of their Primary years, each student contributed towards a successful Exhibition on Tuesday evening. All parents attended, and it was wonderful to be able to celebrate this event in person with families.\u00a0 The students did an amazing job of explaining the process behind the Exhibition and presenting their areas of interest, sharing their questions, research, findings and actions for the future.\u00a0 It is very rewarding to watch students take charge of their own learning and infuse it with their personal passions.\u00a0 We couldn’t be more proud of our Grade 6 students!<\/p>\n

This week the weather got even warmer!\u00a0 Students are still allowed to play outside at morning break, and many are choosing to have their snack and free time inside their buildings. Please remember to send a clean, refillable water bottle to school with your child each day so that we can all stay hydrated.<\/p>\n

The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) competition is back again. Our students\u00a0have performed exceptionally well over the last few years with Gold medals at zonal and international levels. This year the exam is offline and will be conducted in school. Why your child should take the Olympiad examination?<\/strong><\/p>\n For a student, Olympiads delivers a competitive podium and helps them to recognize their area of interest. Moreover, securing a good rank develops a sense of confidence in students. Besides that Olympiad exams helps in better understanding of concepts and develop logical thinking and reasoning in students. Lastly, Olympiads are a stepping stone for future competitive exams and participation certificates,<\/p>\n Medals and awards that you win from Olympiads add a lot of value to your profile.<\/p>\n In the present times when the world is totally pivoted on science and IT, it is pertinent to think and plan about the future – a future in which the children of the present shall be the leaders of tomorrow. Regular qualitative and quantitative assessment needs to be done at the national\/international level in order to build up the scientific,\u00a0commercial\u00a0and IT talent pool.
