We are in the final stretch of the year and will soon begin new units in science. Grade 8 will conclude chemistry with a brief look at reactions and look at the study of waves.<\/p>\n
Grade 7 will complete forces and motion and look at work and energy. If time permits, we may take a brief look at some chemistry basics.<\/p>\n
It is important that students organise their learning and keep track of deadlines for summative tasks. Many have not done so in the past and have received poor grades as a result. It is not too late to improve grade levels. Please ensure that your children are keeping up with their commitments. To assist parents further, I will be sending emails to students (with parents copied) to remind them of their upcomming important tasks or deadlines.<\/p>\n
