Ramadan is expected to begin on Sunday 3rd of April.<\/p>\n
ABIS has made adjustments to the timetable and break times to ensure that all our students feel welcome and cared for. The school will run on a shorter schedule with a timetable of 8:00am to 2:00 pm Sunday to Wednesday, and 8.00 am to 1.00 pm on Thursday. Please note that we ask all fasting students to attend school so that their learning is not negatively affected.<\/p>\n
Music and PE classes will proceed as usual, however, fasting students have the option not to participate and instead read books or do their homework.<\/p>\n
Non-fasting students and staff will be separated from fasting students when eating and drinking.<\/p>\n
Each day at the appropriate time students may attend the Mazoon for prayer under the guidance of Ms Zuweina and Mr Amer. If your child wishes to pray, please ask them to bring their prayer mat to school.<\/p>\n
