We did it!\u00a0 4 weeks remote.\u00a0 Fingers crossed we will return and get back to normal soon.\u00a0 As it is our hope, we will return to school Tuesday, February 15.\u00a0 With that in mind, please know it could change.\u00a0 We also need to begin reminding the kids of appropriate behaviors: social distancing, hand washing, staying home if feeling any symptoms, etc…\u00a0 We will also go back to maintaining grade bubbles. This will include lunch and playtime.\u00a0 ASA’s are canceled due to safety reasons.\u00a0 PE swimming begins on February 20.\u00a0 Upon our return, we will be celebrating Friendship Day.\u00a0 Students are encouraged to wear pinks, reds, purples, or any variation.<\/p>\n
As for our learning this week- we are on a roll!\u00a0 We are working on our summative UOI projects and hope to present them upon our return.\u00a0 It is an open-ended assignment with the intention of creativity and depth.\u00a0 There are guidelines and a checklist, but how far your student wants to go with it, is their choice.\u00a0 Assistance is always appreciated, but please resist doing the project for your student.\u00a0 We learn by doing.<\/p>\n
