After examining Van Gogh&#8217;s <em>Bedroom in Arles<\/em>, students practiced using a horizon line and vanishing point to create their own interior spaces with doors, windows, and furnishings. They have begun to make their own artist&#8217;s bedrooms using color families and personal objects that will communicate something to the viewer about where and when they have lived, and who they are as people.
