A Dust Devil is like a mini tornado\u00a0that sucks up dust and in this case rises up into the air. As Grade 7 and 8\u00a0were competing in\u00a0discus at the time, one might wonder if it was\u00a0the power and speed of their rotation that caused it!<\/p>\n<p>As I write this, we are preparing for our annual sports day at Sohar Aluminium.\u00a0We hope to have lots of good races and a large crowd to support students as they put in\u00a0one hundred percent. We&#8217;ll share photos of the event on the Broadcaster next week.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all of those who have returned all the permission forms for Oman week.
