We felt how our heart beat changed after exercising. The children also realised that it\u2019s good to drink water afterwards. We also thought about and did a bit of stretching. On Wednesday the children enjoyed watching and copying a dance and then responding to it in their own way. We talked about how it is good exercise, fun and also makes us feel happy.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>We are identifying our body parts and what we can do with them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Thank you for attending the 3 way conferences.
