In fact everyone around the world has been impacted by COVID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Through all the challenges, the students have been amazing. Initially we focused on kitchen safety, with thankfully ? only a few minor cuts. COVID unfortunately cut our units short. They have persevered during this challenging year, overcoming all manner of obstacles, culminating in the completion of their e-assessments.
