This week we looked at rap being a form of poetry. The students found it was a great way of expressing their feelings and emotions using a lot of rhyme. After looking at a few famous rappers and what their good messages were we had a go at writing our own wrote rap poems that we connected to our inquiry learning on ecosystems, biodiversity or sustainability. We hope to make music to go with them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In math we have been continuing to create different kinds of graphs and interpret them. We have been using our thinking skills to predict and interpret what factors are happening in the graphs that we can\u2019t see with the data shown. This week we created pie graphs on google sheets and even though we struck a few problems making them, we persevered to find solutions and voila colorful pie graphs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
