This week K 2 finished the unit “Where the wild things are!” by visiting a farm. Before our visit we thought about what animals we might see and decided to look for cows. <\/p>\n

We watched a video about how cream comes from cows and how it can be used to make a trifle. As there was jelly and jam in a trifle and we were doing the “j” sound in phonics the students decided we had to make trifles.<\/p>\n

We took photos of the process and made an instruction book which we will give to K3 next week as they are learning about writing instructions.<\/p>\n
