To test this we each blew a balloon in one breath, sealed the balloon and measured the circumference. We could not find a relationship between our height and the amount of air in people\u2019s balloons. We noticed that people\u2019s prior experience blowing balloons caused some people to struggle blowing their balloon.  This experiment made us wonder how adults lung capacity varies.  Is it different between men and women, or dependent on the amount of exercise people do and can we improve our lung capacity?
