Dear parents,<\/span><\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce that KG 1,2,3 will open face to face on Sunday January 17 at ABIS.<\/span><\/p>\n

We invite you to fill out the linked registration form below to confirm your child\u2019s attendance.<\/span><\/p>\n

All classes will be taught by the KG teachers: Ms Lauma, Ms Leizel, Ms Carolina and with our Classroom Assistants.<\/span><\/p>\n

For KG to start, we have a detailed plan that covers re-entry back to schooling following the regulations set by the Supreme Committee and the Ministry of Education.\u00a0<\/span>Our planning is comprehensive and will ensure the best possible teaching and learning for your children. We have in place world class guidelines with the health, safety, and wellbeing of the whole ABIS community at the heart of our planning. <\/span>All children will wear face masks, follow social distancing and handwashing \/ sanitizing guidelines. Special care will be taken to ensure students are playing and socializing safely.<\/span><\/p>\n

The timings of the school day are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

KG1 & KG 2:\u00a0 8.20 \u2013 1.00 pm<\/span><\/p>\n

KG 3: 8.20 \u2013 1.00 pm (for the first 3 weeks after which the day will be extended).<\/span><\/p>\n

KG 1 & 2<\/b>: Next week Ms Lauma will send more information to outline routines for daily \/ weekly procedures. In the first two weeks of January, Ms Lauma will be contacting parents of children in KG 1 and KG 2 for individual meetings prior to the children coming to school.<\/span><\/p>\n

KG3:<\/b> Next week Ms Carolina and Ms Liezel will send more information to outline routines for daily \/ weekly procedures. In the first two weeks of January, Ms Carolina and Ms Liezel will be contacting parents of children in KG 3 for individual meetings prior to the children coming to school.<\/span><\/p>\n

The online lessons for current KG 3 students will continue for the first two weeks of January before they return to school. Please note that online learning will not be offered once school begins on January 17.<\/span><\/p>\n
