Being reflective is one of the IB Learner Profiles:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We thoughtfully consider the world and our own ideas and experience. We work to understand our strengths and weaknesses in order to support our learning and personal development.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Through the lens of learning remotely, with me stuck in the UK and my students in Oman and beyond I believe I can truly say we have been demonstrating the Learner Profile of being reflective in every lesson. We are building on our remote operating skills and the biggest point that I am taking away from this time is that Video Lessons take a toll on all participants and by Thursday we are all visually tired.
