It\u2019s a day when we celebrate all the possibilities of life.  We talk about the difference being encouraging can make to someone\u2019s life and think about creativity.  Mr Eriks and I read the book \u201cThe Dot\u201d but we also read \u201cNot a Stick\u201d, in which a small child uses their imagination to transform his stick into wonderful things.
