This week we considered the nature of Evil and Macbeth&#8217;s ruthlessness in having one of his oldest friends murdered in the hope of hanging on to his crown. Not long after this, the now deceased friend makes a surprise appearance at the royal feast being held to celebrate Macbeth&#8217;s promotion to King.
