This was as part of the support for Grade 6&#8217;s transition into secondary. The &#8220;trick&#8221; was mathematically based and highlighted how new maths is learnt <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/l7lP9y7Bb5g\">Link to 27 card trick video<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Observing &amp; listening carefully<\/li>\n<li>Asking questions<\/li>\n<li>Practice. At this stage mistakes can be made<\/li>\n<li>Further questions and more practice<\/li>\n<li>Application. &#8220;What happens if&#8230;&#8230;.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both the Grade 9 and grade 6 were wonderful in terms of their involvement &amp;
