{"id":170504,"date":"2019-05-16T08:01:21","date_gmt":"2019-05-16T04:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/abisoman.com\/broadcaster\/?p=170504"},"modified":"2019-05-16T08:01:29","modified_gmt":"2019-05-16T04:01:29","slug":"abis-community-iftaar-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/abisoman.com\/broadcaster\/2019\/05\/16\/abis-community-iftaar-2\/","title":{"rendered":"ABIS COMMUNITY IFTAAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Dear ABIS Families,<\/h4>\n<h4>Although we are coming to the end of this school year, the Community<\/h4>\n<h4>Council has organized one final event: The ABIS Community Iftaar.<\/h4>\n<h4>As Ramadan is a chance for families to gather together, it seems fit- ting that our ABIS family take the opportunity to come together for a celebration before the end of this school year. Additionally, this gives us a chance to celebrate the wonderful culture of our host country, Oman, and experience a unique tradition as an ABIS community.<\/h4>\n<h4>The Community Iftar will take place in Mazoon on Wednesday, the 22nd of May.<\/h4>\n<h4>Doors will be open from 6:20pm, with a pre-Iftaar lecture about Ramadan and traditions during Ramadan at 6:40 and the meal starting after the Athaan call. The evening will end around 8pm.<\/h4>\n<h4>Those attending are asked to bring a dish to share.
