\nSo we figured it out ourselves! <\/p>\n<\/a>
\nTurns out that Piet Mondrian was an artist who did a lot of abstract art. Abstract art is something that doesn’t look like anything, it depends on who is looking at it!<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nSome of us thought it looked like Legos, some of us thought it looked like a road map!
\nWe used the Elements of Art to analyse a Piet Mondrian work.<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nWe know a lot about taking ideas apart to analyse them. We analyse maps using the components of maps, we analyse writing using the 6 Traits of Writing…we are pretty good at analysis!<\/p>\n<\/a>
\nOnce we took the idea apart into pieces, it was time to put it all back together in a new way! That is synthesis. Some of us were really inspired by Piet Mondrian, some of us really ran with the abstract idea!<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a>
