During the next term of After School Activities (ASA), which begins after the winter break, I will once again be organizing early morning running. We will run on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7am.<\/p>\n
For beginners, this club is a chance to get more fit and to enjoy running in a group and on your own.<\/p>\n
For more advanced runners, along with fitness and fun we will also work on pacing and race strategies.<\/p>\n
I have spoken with the organizer of the Sohar Aluminium Fun Run, which will take place in late February, and he has told me that this year there will be a 4km race for students. If students are interested in running this race, I encourage them to come to my running club for some training.<\/p>\n
This club is open to all students, grades 6 and up.
