Primary Three Way Conferences<\/b><\/p>\n

The Primary Three Way Conferences (K1 – Grade 6) are scheduled for the evening of Monday December 2nd\u00a0and all day Tuesday December 3rd.<\/p>\n

This is a time for you and your child to sit with the teacher and discuss the progress made this quarter. Both parents and students must be present.<\/b> We want our students to understand that learning is something they do; it is not something done to them. Strategies like three-way conferencing increasingly lead students towards becoming self-directed, independent learners.<\/p>\n

Please remember that this conference involves all participants. Should you wish to talk to the teacher without your child present, you are asked to make a separate appointment through the office after the conference. During the Three Way Conference, parents are encouraged to talk to their child, asking questions and offering praise.<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0to see the booking form. The form needs to by returned before Tuesday 26th. Interview times will be allotted on a \u201cfirst come first served\u201d basis; taking into account siblings.\u00a0The conference time will take around fifteen minutes.<\/p>\n
