Congratulations to the whole G7 & G8 classes for successful completion of their STEAM Roller Coaster projects. This project tapped into some very creative design ideas that were both aesthetically pleasing and mechanically sound.<\/p>\n

Following a Pizza celebration awards were given to students for the following categories:<\/p>\n

1. Most Original Design – Hannah R., Aufa, and Lucas<\/p>\n

2. Best Scenery – Greta, Tay’a, and Connor<\/p>\n

3. Most Complex Design – Jaira, Zyrelle, and Saad<\/p>\n

4. Best Theme – Jaira, Zyrelle, and Saad<\/p>\n

Overall First Place in the STEAM Roller Coaster Competition goes to:<\/p>\n

TAY’A, GRETA, AND CONNOR!! Great job on completing their Roller Coaster on-time. Their theme was “Ocean” and the name of their roller coaster is “Discover the Depths”, complete with fairy lights!<\/p>\n

G7 & G8 students have already started the next STEAM project, the EGG DROP CHALLENGE!<\/p>\n
