The students had a very productive week. They have learned some new strategies to solve addition and subtraction problems. Students mingled to music, while answering questions about the book of the week\u00a0The Dot<\/u>. Also, they created stories using the theme or message of the book.<\/p>\n

Last Thursday, students collaborated with fifth graders to design and create bridges with straws and scotch tape. Great teamwork!<\/p>\n

After collaboration activity, fourth and fifth graders did some reflecting with Ms. Kirsty about working together,\u00a0sharing ideas, and responsibility in group work.<\/p>\n

Lastly, finished off the week with some addition and subtraction math games.<\/p>\n
