Community Iftar on Tuesday, June 13th!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>COMMUNITY IFTAR, RESCHEDULED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Although we are coming to the end of\u00a0this\u00a0school\u00a0year,\u00a0the Student Council has organized one final event: an\u00a0ABIS Community\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Iftar<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>As Ramadan is a chance for families to gather together, it seems fitting that our ABIS family take the opportunity to come together for one final celebration before the end of this school year. Additionally, this gives us a chance to celebrate the culture of our home country, Oman, and experience a unique tradition as an ABIS community.<\/p>\n<p>The Community\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Iftar<\/span>\u00a0will take place in the\u00a0Gym\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>Tuesday\u00a0the 13th of June<\/strong>. Doors will be open from\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">6:30pm<\/span><\/span>, with a\u00a0pre-<span class=\"il\">Iftar<\/span>\u00a0talk\u00a0about Ramadan and Omani traditions during Ramadan at\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">6:45<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and the\u00a0meal starting after the Athaan call. The evening will be ending around\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\"><span class=\"aQJ\">8pm<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Those attending are asked to\u00a0bring a dish to share.
