On Wednesday they were beyond fixated with the U.S. Presidential elections. The children had their favorites and watched the proceedings intently as the results trickled in. What followed was a very interesting and lively discussion around the question &#8220;Will the outcome of the election affect us here in Sohar?&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In math we have been doing some good work on fractions, decimals and percentages, a topic that can be challenging at times. We have learnt how to convert a fraction to a decimal and versa. We have also started working on percentages and will be looking at converting them into decimals and percentages.
