Oman Cancer Centre in Sohar (part of Oman Cancer Association) is a charity organising a Walkathon on Friday, 4:30pm 4\/11\/2016 in the nice public park (National Park) next to\u00a0Sohar Stadium\/sports complex. The walk is no more than 1.5 kilometres in total.<\/div>\n

The event will be attended and supported by many senior Omani figures including his Excellency Sheikh Khalid Al Ma’awali, Chairman of the Shura Council. his event will be accompanied by a series of events will be held on the National Park Sohar. There will be a\u00a0mobile unit offering\u00a0screening of the Society for breast cancer, as well as consumer protection and exhibition road show to the fight against drugs. In\u00a0addition there will be a blood bank if you would care to donate.<\/div>\n

The event is open to everyone, including expats.To participate in the event you can register by buying a T.shirt which costs 3 O.R. The orders can be placed with Miss Eiman at reception where we have some T shirts of people to try on to judge the size. We would love to see many of you there!<\/div>\n
