The Book Week has been a very enjoyable event, or rather a series of events.<\/em> Thank you to everyone for your strong support with helping children organise costumes – I know that can be a bit of hassle – but also for coming to the parade. Many of the costumes were amazing and indicated what a wide range of books children are reading from classics to modern, which is very pleasing. Long live the book<\/em> and thank you to all the teachers who worked so hard to organise the week!<\/p>\n

The main events coming up are the Grade 9 to 12 trip to Lausanne, Switzerland (20-29 October), as well as an Inter House Basketball afternoon next Thursday. We also have school photos on October 16 and 17, which we will promote at a later date. There is also a planned trip to the Edutrac University fair in Muscat on October 18th that will be made available to Grades 9 to 12, with priority given to Grades 10 and 11.<\/p>\n
