Hello to all of our families wherever you are. We hope you are having a wonderful break and have enjoyed your summer so far. All is going well in Sohar and at ABIS. We would like to remind you of a few points below:<\/p>\n
Early Years Meeting between 1pm -2pm: Sunday August 21st<\/b> – all parents welcome to meet our Early Years teachers and learn more about our Early Childhood Centre. Please meet in the Multi-Purpose Area near reception.<\/p>\n
New Student Orientation – <\/b>New students are welcome to visit the school and their teachers on Sunday 21st between 2pm – 4pm.<\/b><\/p>\n
School begins for ‘all’ students on Monday 22nd of August, at 8.20. <\/b>We encourage students to arrive at school from 8am onwards so they are on time to begin the day. School finishes at 3.20. Please pick your children up on time. No After School Activities in the first few weeks.<\/p>\n
Classes are filling up fast with some even full. If you know if anyone thinking of enrolling their children please tell them to contact the school as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
Our new clothing policy will come into effect this year. You are able to view and purchase clothing items from the school. We will send you dates and times for this next week. A reminder that students should wear an ABIS branded top but can choose what they wear on the bottom half as long as it is tidy, respectful and non distracting. The updated parent handbooks will be shared shortly.<\/p>\n
Back to School Bash organised by School Council, 1pm Thursday 25th, August.<\/p>\n
