(with Evidence)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This past weekend five ABIS teachers \u201cpracticed what they preach\u201d by completing the Muscat Half-Marathon, a 21.1 kilometer run in the beautiful neighborhood surrounding the Opera House. This event for the five ABIS teachers looks much like a CAS \/ MCAS experience, and believe us, it was not an easy experience! Just as with CAS \/ MCAS, there was goal setting and reflection throughout, and evidence which can be seen in the photos. Months of training went into this \u201cActivity\u201d, and while it was a struggle, smiles of relief coming from our collective achievements were shining at the finish line! (see photos). It really felt like we were a team and we were proud to be supporting each other, and challenging ourselves, just as we ask of our students.<\/p>\n<p>BTW, for those who would like to give it a try (students, teachers, admin. and parents, we will surely be putting another team together for the 2017 Muscat Half Marathon..
